We were recently appointed to deliver works across multiple levels of a large-scale development including stair cores, a rooftop terrace and basement facilities.
Stair Cores
The two main stair cores, comprising 22 and 19 flights, were fitted with mild steel horizontal bar infill balustrades, finished with fully fabricated well ends in a black primer.
Roof Terrace Balustrade
We installed 97 metres of 1800mm-high balustrade with flat bar framing and bespoke 10mm mild steel infill panels. All components were galvanized and powder-coated in Adonic Bronze by Express Coatings for a durable, high-quality finish.
Basement Stair Access
The basement featured a paint-finished mild steel staircase with wall rails and a central double-rail handrail. FALCO manual cycle ramps and GRP nosings from B&M Architectural also provided safe, cyclist-friendly access.
Roof Terrace Maintenance Access
Maintenance access across the rooftop was supported by five galvanized CAT ladders, two up-and-over step units, Kee Klamp handrails, a gantry balustrade system and open mesh flooring for added safety and durability.
