The works comprised the design, supply, and installation of new louvre screen enclosures to the roof plant area, providing protection and screening for critical building services.

Installation of two fully enclosed, four-sided aluminium louvre systems designed to house and screen water storage tanks. The systems were engineered to provide adequate ventilation while maintaining a clean and consistent external appearance.

Integrated Flat Roof Construction:
Each enclosure was complete with an aluminium flat roof, offering additional protection to the plant equipment from weather exposure.

Secure Access Provision:
Each unit was fitted with a lockable single access door, allowing safe and controlled entry for maintenance personnel.
