SCOPE OF WORKS
The staircases were equipped with 48mm diameter mild steel balustrades and handrails, all powder coated to achieve a durable and visually appealing finish.
The powder coating process provided a long-lasting finish and a sleek and modern look, impressing the design's aesthetic appeal and leaving the audience impressed.
The precision in colour matching played a crucial role in achieving a unified and professional look, enhancing the staircases' visual appeal.
The design and installation were carefully considered and meticulously planned to meet the specific loading requirements of 0.74kN/m, ensuring that the staircases could withstand the expected forces and provide safe, reliable support for users.
The successful completion of this project resulted in six staircases that not only met the functional and safety requirements but also significantly contributed to the Jam Factory's aesthetic value, a testament to the project's impact and something the audience can be proud of.
The combination of powder-coated mild steel and precise colour matching created a visually cohesive and modern look, while the robust construction ensured long-term durability and reliability.
