At Opera North in Leeds, we installed the Duo D411 Glass Infill Top Fix system for the main stair and voids.

 

This project featured the 50 Series Sigma™ stainless steel handrail, known for its sleek and modern design.

The balustrade utilized DUO HiBuild™ powder-coated components, ensuring durability and a high-quality finish.

 

For the infill, we installed clear glass infill panels that were heat-soaked for enhanced safety.

 

These panels were secured with Banjo lug bolt-through glass fixings, providing a clean and elegant appearance.

Designed to meet the loading requirements of 0.74kN/m and 1.5kN/m, this installation successfully combined safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. It enhances Opera North's architectural beauty while ensuring compliance with stringent safety standards.
