Cystic fibrosis is not just a lung disease. CF is a progressive, genetic disease that affects the lungs, pancreas, and other organs.
It’s a complex disease and the types of symptoms and how severe they are can differ widely from person to person.
There are many ways to get involved and connect with people with CF and their families.
A massive round of applause for our MD Liam kay who successfully ran a total of 100km's over 10 consecutive days, yes 10 days of 10km runs!
Thanks to Liam, @_get_lean_with_dean_ , Sophie, and the rest of the runners and donators, they all managed to raise a whopping £3890 for The Cystic Fibrosis Trust, absolutely smashing their target of £3000.
