At K-Fix Systems, we specialise in delivering high-quality architectural metalwork across the UK. With a strong pipeline of projects and long-standing partnerships, there’s never been a better time to come on board. We’re looking for experienced Site Fitters & Installers to fit architectural steelwork and secondary steelwork on construction sites across the UK.

The Role

You’ll be fitting and installing a range of architectural metalwork on construction sites across the UK, including:

  • Balustrade
  • Balconies & Glass Balconies
  • Secondary Steelwork
  • Handrails
  • Canopies
  • Glass Partitions

This is a hands-on site role for someone who takes pride in quality, safety and getting the job done right.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Erecting balconies, balustrades, handrails & all aspects of architectural steelwork
  • TIG / MIG welding on site to a high standard
  • Reading and working from construction drawings and specifications
  • Working as part of a small 2-man team
  • Travelling to construction sites across the UK

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 years site fitting / architectural metalwork experience (preferred)
  • Strong TIG / MIG welding skills (essential)
  • Valid Driving Licence (required)
  • CSCS card required; IPAF, PASMA or SSSTS advantageous
  • Able to read construction drawings and work to specification
  • Hard working, personable and happy to work away from home

Location

UK Construction Sites

Site-based role across the UK. Accommodation paid when working away from home.

Hours

Monday – Friday

Minimum 40 hours — travel time paid both ways. Overtime available.

What You’ll Get

£16.50 – £17.50 per hour

Negotiable based on experience. Overtime available.

20 Days Holiday

Plus Bank Holidays
